Sometimes, life feels like a constant chase for happiness. We try different things, seeking that high — but what if that high is already within us?
It’s about rediscovering our natural state of bliss, the one we’ve been born with but lost along the way.
Over time, we’ve piled up so much stuff — material, emotional, mental. We cling to these like safety rafts, but they’re actually anchors, pulling us down.
It’s like when I first started meditation; my mind was a whirlwind of thoughts. It felt impossible to just ‘be.’ But gradually, I learned to let go, to detach from these thoughts and just exist in the moment.
And there it was — a glimpse of that natural, sober high.
But then, that glimpse of the blissful state got lost again. Many refer to this as the beginning of Spiritual Awakening.
It often starts as a high state lasting several weeks, followed by years of questioning one’s beliefs, emotional states, and suppressed issues, and letting go of things that no longer serve us.

I’m still in this process, but I feel so much lighter than I did 3 years ago. I am deeply grateful that I started this journey. You can do it too! (If you haven’t already started).
This is what we’re missing — the understanding that being high on life sober is not just a phrase, it’s our forgotten reality. It’s about peeling back the layers we’ve accumulated, the fears, the desires, the constant need to do something, be something.
Imagine living each day with that mountain-top clarity and joy, without the need for anything external.
We’ve been conditioned to think that happiness comes from outside, but it’s always been within us.
We’re at a point where we need to unlearn so much.
To let go, not just of physical things, but of our prejudices, our fears, our relentless grip on control.

By releasing these, we can return to that natural state of bliss.
It’s not just about feeling good; it’s about recognizing that this state of natural high is where our true potential lies.
It’s where creativity flows, where we connect deeply with others and the world around us.
Truly realizing this, of course, will take time. Learning to let go is a process, one that must be mastered before it becomes natural. While any guru might tell you it’s already 100% possible, remember, you still need to do the work, especially in confronting the fears within you. But you’ve got this!
I say this from experience, having done a lot of emotional or ‘shadow work’ as it’s often called, and I’m truly happy with where I am now. If you’re not there yet, start with small steps.
