I’ve been there. Actually, I’m always somewhere on that spectrum, just like you, and it’s neither good nor bad; it just is.

But let me share something that life has whispered in my ear over the years, sometimes in the most tender moments, other times in a yell so loud it shook my core: Change is the stepping stone of your spirit.

It reminds me of how (not that long ago) felt reeeally stuck in a cubicle of my own making — built with bricks of habits, fears, and societal expectations. 

And its not like this brick building is fully dissolved yet, but light can now shine through.

And just like the elusive answer to why Mondays feel so heavy, the resistance to change has a similar texture — dense, almost tangible.
