Understanding the Nature of Confusion

Confusion is a natural and important part of life. It’s an essential ingredient for growth and self-discovery. It’s a sign that we’re exploring new territory and pushing our boundaries. But when it becomes overwhelming, it can be hard to find our way out.

Often times, too much information can leave us feeling overwhelmed and confused. Our brains are only capable of analyzing a certain degree of data at once, leaving it unable to go any further when there is an excess. To better manage confusion and make sound decisions, we must understand its source: too many facts competing for our brain’s limited attention.
