(You can copy this format for your own post):
Today was a calm day after the challenges of yesterday. Work felt a bit more relaxing, and I could really tell myself that it is okay to be tired sometimes.
I’m truly thankful for the variety of food available to us. It’s incredible to think that most of us have a supermarket close by, offering a wide range of foods and drinks to choose from. This luxury wasn’t always available.
I Love that I have a small circle of friends and people I love and care for. In the last few years, I got more introverted, but seeing friends from time to time and having people I can rely on feels really good.
I’m also grateful for the opportunity I had this year to build a campervan with my girlfriend. It’s something I deeply appreciate and don’t take for granted. I’m excited to share stories from our van life adventures soon, if all goes well😁.
4. Today, I’m particularly grateful for how great I feel, especially compared to yesterday. The sense of lightness is back, and the negative thoughts have almost completely faded away.
5. Lastly, I’m thankful for the abundance of opportunities available to me. It’s not just about having new opportunities, but realizing what’s possible when you think beyond everyday constraints. I have so many ideas and I’m committed to investing energy in them until something succeeds. My self-belief and confidence have grown immensely compared to a year ago.
I hope I have inspired you to start this challenge with me! If you’ve been considering starting your own writing journey, today’s the day — just start!
