(You can copy this format for your own post):
Well, today is Thanksgiving. We don’t really celebrate it here in Switzerland, but it certainly fits the theme of this challenge!
The first thing I’m grateful for might seem a bit random. My girlfriend and I ordered some Asian food today. She only ate half and left the rest in the refrigerator to take to work, but she forgot it! Now, I get to enjoy it, and that’s why I’m grateful as I eat it 😁 (Thank you, if you’re reading this ♥).
2. The second thing I’m grateful for today is waking up feeling pretty alert and happy, just as it should be every day. Usually, I experience some grogginess when I wake up, but the last few days have been much different. I hope this continues and gets even better :) Maybe it has to do with gratefulness? Hmmm….
3. The third thing is the home I live in. The warmth and the privilege to arrange and decorate my own room are things we often take for granted.
4. I’m also grateful for the people I work with. I only work there for half a year from now, so I value the time I still have with them even more. I’ve formed pretty solid connections with a few coworkers over the last years!
5. The last thing for today is snacks. My girlfriend brought a few, and I’ve already eaten half of them. I love snacks, especially when they are (kind of) healthy. From time to time, I eat Jumpys, which is my favorite snack, though not that healthy:
