The light is getting brighter, and it’s bringing all our shadows to the surface to be healed.
As a sensitive person, you are on the frontlines of this transformation.
You are like a human barometer, sensing the changes in the collective field and reflecting them in your own being. It’s a big job, and it’s no wonder you might feel overwhelmed at times.
But you were made for this. We were made for it.
We just need some guidance from time to time.
So, What Can You Do About All Of This?
First and foremost, ground yourself.
That means:
Spend time in nature
Walk barefoot on the earth
Sit with your back against a tree.
Let the solidity and slowness of the natural world remind you of your own rootedness.
If that already sounds like too much work for you, don’t worry. I have crated a short yet powerful exercise for those who currently don’t live near a forest or can’t find the time.
Here it is:
Imagine the whole earth as a giant, heavy ball.
Then, feel the energy of this ball.
Go deeper.
Then, notice you are a tiny dot on this giant ball.
Feel the grounding energy of this immense “structure” you are on.
This exercise alone might be enough to ground you when you are “spacing out”. To remind you that you are also (currently) here on earth now, not in some other plane or dimension.
