How to Reach the State of Unlimited Possibility and Go Where You Want
Your Subconscious Mind Impacts Most of Your Decisions, But You Can Change It
In one of the last posts, we talked about cutting through the noise:
It’s one thing to momentarily push aside the clutter in your head, but to truly achieve a clearer, higher state more consistently, and for longer periods, we need more than just temporary fixes.
In order to activate our channeling state without interruption from negative thoughts or other distractions, it’s crucial to acquire certain knowledge and make some adjustments to our daily habits.
In psychology, there’s this concept of ANTS — Automatic Negative Thoughts. (I stumbled upon this concept in the book “Feeling Good: The New Mood Therapy”)
These “ANTS” are the day-to-day thoughts that keep you from reaching your unlimited potential, making you feel trapped.
They’re clever, convincing you that you’re not worthy of your dreams, your potential or anything in between.
One practice is learning how to respond to these thoughts, or even if you should respond at all.
To begin changing these ANT’s or the response to them, you might practice the following every other day:
Create a table in a “word processing program” on your pc or on a piece of paper. You can create three columns: “Negative Thought,” “Response,” and “Desired Thought.” Additionally, you could add “trigger” in front of “Negative thought” if it helps you and you want to know the source of the negative thought.
In the “Negative Thought” column, write down all the automatic negative thoughts that come to your mind. These could be thoughts like “I’m not good enough,” “I’ll never achieve my dreams,” or “I’m a failure.”
In the “Response” column, write down your response to each negative thought. How you react when you hear this thought.
In the “Desired Thought” column, write down what you want to think instead of the negative thought. This could be a positive affirmation, like “I am capable of achieving my dreams,” or a more specific goal, like “I will finish my project by the end of the week.”
Repeat this process for all the negative thoughts that come to your mind. Over time, you’ll start to develop a habit of responding to these thoughts in a more positive and constructive way, which can help you reach your unlimited potential.
It might look something like this:(Burned paper makes it more mystical😉)
Make sure you google this concept to really understand it and tailor it to your use-case and personality.
Now, let’s talk about meditation.
Yes, you’ve heard it a million times, but if you haven’t made it a part of your routine, now’s the time.
If you’re new, maybe start with a guided meditation app like Calm.
For the seasoned meditators, try entering a meditative state whenever you notice a negative behavior you don’t like in your actions or thoughts.
Do this every time. (If possible)
Observe the behavior without judgment.
This practice can help you let go of these behaviors, transform them, and move through them.
And the last thing I have for you today is visualization.
This might not be something you hear about every day, but it’s powerful. Visualization is about picturing your goals, your dreams, as if they’re already happening.

It’s not just daydreaming; it’s a deliberate practice where you see yourself achieving what you want, feeling the emotions that come with it. This practice helps align your subconscious with your conscious goals, making it easier to move towards them.
For me, I wrote a list in third-person about myself regarding different areas of my life and how I aspire to be in those areas.
I read it from time to time, and it currently hangs right beside my desk :)
Remember that reaching a state of unlimited possibility isn’t just a one-time effort; it’s a journey.
It’s about consistently practicing, learning, and growing.
