Humanity Is Growing Tired of Its Own Unconsciousness
Many of Us Feel: We Can’t Do This Any Longer. Here’s Some Guidance.
We seem to be at an inflection point. More and more people are realizing just how much collective shadow work we still have ahead of us.
The systems we’ve created, the narratives we tell ourselves, the ways we treat each other and our planet — so much of it stems from ignorance, greed, fear.
We can feel it in our bones, in our souls — this isn’t working anymore. Something has to give. The old ways of doing things have run their course. We need something better, kinder, more conscious.

You can feel the sense of revolution when you read these words. You are part of a big change my friend. If shivers run down your spine when you read this and understand what I am saying (because you already are in this process for a while) keep reading.
Humanity is waking up. We’re realizing just how much damage this unconscious living has caused, both inwardly and outwardly. And we feel it viscerally — we can’t do this any longer.
And so we seek. We question. We have hard conversations, turn over old assumptions, try to envision something brighter. It's not easy work. In fact it can be downright exhausting at times. But once you see the unconscious patterns, you can't unsee them.
For me, seeing and feeling too much can also make me very tired because there is still a part in me that judges what I feel, especially when in large groups or around others.
The path of growth asks us to sit with discomfort, to challenge ourselves, to admit where we've been wrong. And while many cling to what's familiar out of habit or convenience, the most courageous among us hear the call toward betterment.
Time for Some Self-Reflection
Before we can build the more beautiful world our hearts know is possible, we have to bravely look within. We have to unpack our own baggage, biases, and blindspots.
What false narratives do I carry?
How do I contribute to the very problems I want to solve?
What privileges have I not yet recognized or accounted for?
This self-inquiry is so vital, yet often neglected. We get distracted pointing fingers outwards that we fail to see the shadows in our own minds, the improvements we ourselves still need to make. But once we cultivate this self-awareness, real change can bloom.
For me this means reflecting on my behaviour from time to time (especially in meditation)..kung fu and reading these books also helps a lot:
From Burnout to Breakthrough
With so much that still needs healing, it's easy to get disheartened. Many who have been on this path for a long time are tired, burned out even. The outward progress often feels slow relative to the effort put in.
But now is not the time to turn away. Now is the time to go deeper - to move beyond surface level activism into true transformation. Beyond outrage and exhaustion into wisdom and creativity.
Do something different. For me it meant writing LESS blog posts. My mind wanted to do MORE. This came from a belief of lack. I felt I needed to do more to achieve and reach more, but deep down this sometimes felt like I was pressuring myself to do it.
Observe if the things you do in your day-to-day life stem from a place of force or power. Power will feel lighter, force will feel much more heavy. Sometimes we just need to change the sequence and quantity of when and how we do things.
Trust me, I feel it too. My body is absolutely exhausted while writing this. But I know it was preparing for something bigger all along.
We need more than new policies and protocols - as important as those are. What we really need is a fundamental shift, a new paradigm. One based on the principles of unity, sustainability, and higher consciousness.
Where Do We Go from Here?
More and more people across the planet are waking up. They feel that pull in their souls toward better alignment. That sense that business-as-usual cannot continue.
For those who hear this call, who feel this quickening, take heart. Despite the hard work ahead, there are so many reasons to be hopeful.
The old world may be crumbling, but something new is being born. Our task is to nurture the seeds of potential even as old structures collapse around us.
Let's guide each other forward with empathy, curiosity and care.
Let's have compassion for mistakes as we all learn.
But let's also challenge ourselves to grow.
The more conscious we become individually and collectively, the more we'll be able to create systems and societies reflective of our highest potentials rather than our basest instincts.
This is the great work of our time. It won't always be comfortable, but it's deeply meaningful. And there are so many beautiful souls to walk alongside on this journey.
What dreams live in your heart? What kind of world are you moving into being?
However you choose to step up during this global transition, the most important thing is to keep showing up with courage, self-awareness and love.
Together, we can do this. Together, we can grow and shift and create.
Onward we go..
