You feel it. I feel it. The world feels it. It’s an era unlike any other, where both the collective and individual are undergoing rapid transformation. Paradigms are shattering, beliefs are evolving, and amidst it all, many of us are trying to find our footing, our grounding, a place where we truly feel at home.
In this time of turbulence, simple acts take on profound significance. Walking, an act so basic, so intrinsic to our human experience, becomes a form of meditation.

With each step, we ground ourselves, connecting with Earth, letting the steady rhythm calm our swirling thoughts. The trees stand as silent witnesses, their leaves rustling like whispered secrets, their roots deep and unwavering, reminding us of the strength within.
I sometimes go on a walk up to three times per weekend day. (Up to an hour) An hour might seem like a lot, yet it’s seldom enough. For in that hour, the weight of the week, the mental clutter, the overwhelming emotions — they all find an outlet.
In this current energy, I go up to 3 times walking in the forest nearby for up to an hour per walk, because I just need the time to process whats currently going on.
I am changing, you are changing. The world is changing.
