The Power of Heart Intelligence

The concept of heart intelligence refers to the innate wisdom and guidance that emerges from our emotions, intuition, and inner knowing. This holistic intelligence transcends the analytical, linear thinking of the mind and taps into a deeper, more expansive form of understanding.

In my own experience, i notice greater compassion, love and empathy when i focus on my heart space, and when i let go of controlling things. Because the thing that is fearing the loss of control is also often causing the negative / overly positive reaction towards a certain emotion.
