We all experience pain in life. Physical, emotional, mental — it’s part of the human experience. But lately, you may have noticed your pain feels different. More intense. An uneasiness. A tension in your body. Your emotions feel heavier, your dreams more vivid.
Like it’s coming from deep within.
This is the pain of growing awareness. As we wake up and become more conscious, we start to feel things we’ve ignored for a long time. Our unresolved traumas, limiting beliefs, fears — they all bubble up to be released. And it hurts.
This is good news though! It means you’re healing. Your energy is rising. You’re clearing out the old to make space for the new.
The world seems to spin faster. You ask yourself, is this ever going to end..
I’m here to tell you — yes, it will. You may feel alone in this, but you’re not. Many around the world are going through their own dark night (or months / years) of the soul. The key is that the pain has purpose — it’s leading you somewhere better.

The pain of growing awareness can feel overwhelming at times. Here are some methods I’ve found helpful for managing it:
Number 1: Self-Care Routines
Nourish yourself with healthy food, gentle movement, time in nature, loving human connection, and plenty of rest. Be extra kind and patient with yourself during this tender time.
Creatively expressing yourself through art, writing, dance, or music can help release stuck emotions and shift your energy.
