The Secret Your Meditation App Won’t Tell You
Are You Sabotaging Your Own Evolution Without Realizing It?
Can I be real with you for a minute? I know you’re doing your best to grow, heal and evolve. You meditate, journal, go to workshops, read all the books. And that’s amazing — truly.
But sometimes, don’t you feel exhausted by the constant pressure to fix yourself? Like you’re never quite whole enough, healed enough, evolved enough?
As always, my personal video message to this post is available further below.
🔊 You can also listen to my personal voiceover of this post above.
We read all the books, attend all the workshops, meditate for hours, and analyze every aspect of our lives, all in the name of becoming our “highest self” NOW.
We’re so afraid of.. falling behind on our spiritual journey.. of not being our true self..of not being in the “correct timeline”.. of not being enough.. that we push ourselves to the brink of exhaustion.
But you know what? All this striving was actually slowing me down. I was so focused on the future, on who I thought I “should” be, that I was missing what I was feeling, seeing, experiencing and learning here and now.
I was putting so much pressure on myself that I was blocking the natural flow of growth.
Here’s the little-known secret I’ve discovered:
“true transformation happens in the space between effort and surrender. “ Share this quote, print it, hang it beside your desk if any of that feels familiar.
Yes, we need to put in the work — to face our shadows, change our habits, and expand our minds.
But we also need space. Space to be. Space to not want or crave anything. Space to not do anything at all.
Growth is not a linear path. It’s a spiral, a dance, a blooming and a shedding and blooming again.
And it’s happening whether we stress about it or not.
In fact, I believe we’re all evolving faster than we even realize.
Here’s My Weekly Video Message For You:
(Next one will only be available only for paid subscribers again)
What if we took some of the pressure off?
What if we gave ourselves permission to enjoy the journey, to trust in the unfolding?
What if we measured our growth not by some external yardstick, but by the amount of presence, compassion, and wonder we bring to each moment?
I’m not saying we should stop learning, healing, and reaching for the stars.
But maybe, juuuust maybe…we can do it from a place of joy and curiosity rather than fear and lack.
Then we would realize that we are already whole, already evolving, already loved beyond measure.
So always remember: You are whole, loved and full of joy, now, without any pressure.
See you soon.
