Why Are We All So Emotional Lately? The Shift is Calling..
What’s this shift that seems to be calling to us?
You know the feeling. You wake up one morning, and the world seems just a bit… off.
It’s not just you; you see it on the news, in the office, even in casual conversations with friends.
It’s like the whole world is on an emotional rollercoaster. Why are we all so emotional lately? What’s this shift that seems to be calling to us?
Look, it’s easy to brush it off as just one of those things. But let’s get real for a moment. There’s something going on — a kind of shift that’s hard to define but is affecting all of us in some way.
Now, some might call it spiritual awakening, others an energy transformation. Labels aside, it’s a change, and most of us can feel it.
You might notice your own emotions are all over the place. One minute you’re feeling sky-high, on top of the world. The next minute, it’s like you’ve been hit by a tidal wave of sadness or anxiety.
Yep, been there.
And it’s not just adults; kids are feeling it too. You know how they say, “Kids are resilient”? Well, even they are asking questions, trying to make sense of their emotions.
Now, you might think it’s just the stress of modern life. Work, relationships, politics — enough to make anyone emotional, right? But the shift we’re feeling is different. It’s deeper and seems to be pulling us toward something greater than limited identity.
A sort of collective energy that’s making us question what we knew and pushing us to dig deeper into our own selves.
Personal experience? I’ve seen my fair share of emotional turmoil. I’ve been hurt by people, and yeah, it stings. But I’ve also found that these intense emotions, when truly felt, lead to a kind of clarity, a presence that’s hard to describe.
While i still get triggered alot by my past fears, i truly try to see this pain for what it is. Any maybe my relationships will change, a few of them will break apart and my outside may also change, because i react differently and do not attract my fears anymore because i finally felt them.
But until we made it through, lets congratulate us on the immense things we already felt and went through. We all are much stronger than we think and feel we are.
So, the next time you feel that surge of emotion, don’t run from it. Lean in. Feel it fully. Let it guide you toward that presence.
For me, every pang of emotional discomfort became a step toward greater awareness, toward a more rooted presence in the ‘now.’
We’re all connected, and this emotional surge is a collective experience. It’s like the universe is giving us a nudge, a reminder to look within and around, to acknowledge the shift, and to evolve.
So, the next time you or someone else is riding that emotional wave, remember, it’s not random. It’s a call, an invitation to be a part of something bigger.
Let’s answer it.
