Well, hello everyone. It’s been a while. A lot has happened, hasn’t it? I’m sure that if you’re reading this and connect with my work, you can feel the intensity of our collective transformation over the past few weeks.
Before we dive into what this season can bring, and why you should be like a tree in winter, I want to share something with you that’s very close to my heart.
I’ve been working on something I’m tremendously proud of, and I’m ready to share it with you in more depth.
Eiren AI is getting ready! It’s crazy what you can achieve with determination, a vision, and a lot of reflection and pausing.
I’m sure this app will help every single one of you who takes the time to understand my vision.
If you’re a bit “lazy,” go to

It knows a lot about this project and can explain it to you in simple terms:
Alright! Get hyped about the app; it’s going to be amazing.
Here’s a sneak peek into two pages to hype you up even more:
Cool! Now that we’ve got that, let’s discuss why it’s crucial to pause, reflect, go slower, and restart in winter.
Your energy levels might not be as high as they are in summer. It’s a time to get to know yourself more deeply, to stand still.
Did you know that trees focus on their roots in winter? (Well, it’s a bit more complicated, but let’s use that analogy)
That’s exactly what we should do. We need to reconnect with our roots, with what makes us strong and grounded.
Winter is a time to evaluate what we’ve learned, to see what’s working and what’s not. In winter, we should focus on nurturing our inner world, just like trees nurture their roots.
By doing so, we become stronger, wiser, and more resilient.
What Have You Been Putting of Lately That You Know You Need To Do?
Maybe it’s stopping, pausing instead of doing things all the time. Maybe it’s about walking every day. Letting go of control.
So, take this time to slow down and ask yourself some questions.
What’s been holding me back?
What changes do I need to make to move forward?
Winter is the perfect time to face your fears and doubts.
It’s a time to be honest with yourself.
Take a step back and think about what you really want to achieve.
Then, make a plan to get there.
Or if you are a planner, then don’t do it for once.

What are your plans this winter? Something specific in mind or do you just "go with the flow"?
In Ayurvedic lingo, winter is a kapha phase, where it's time to get grounded and rest before the new year. Even January and February (for those in the northern hemisphere) are still considered kapha phase, which means time of rest, contrary to the conventional belief. It's no coincidence that the sky is darker soon and you feel like getting an earlier finish!
