Our knowledge, technology, and understanding of the world and ourselves are at their peak. (I don’t say that there were no other civilizations/tribes on this planet that were more evolved in some way. I am talking about the ones we have proof of, and I am talking about evolution on a much grander scale — about the average level of consciousness humanity can hold with 8 billion + people living simultaneously.)
