We all have that one thing (or maybe a few things) that we know deep down we should do, but fear holds us back. 

It could be saying no to a commitment that no longer aligns with our path, having a difficult conversation with a loved one, or taking a leap of faith towards our dreams.

The resistance we feel is natural, but it doesn’t have to control us.
