Uhh deep one. Learned that lesson the "hard" way😂. Give people time, when they are ready, you will know, feel and hear it from them - thanks for your insights!
Hi Tobias, thanks for your thought-provoking essay!
I'm trying to explore what 'spirituality' means in my current version of life. An inherent obsession to do more in the world has recently overtaken me. It's one of the reasons I found myself on Substack a few months ago, trying to find the courage to share my voice.
I love this quote by Steven Pressfield: "Our job in this life is not to shape ourselves into some ideal we imagine we ought to be, but to find out who we already are and become it”.
Thanks for sharing so openly. Love to quote. Becoming who you are is a path I am also still discovering. As you march on, you start to notice what the "real" you is and what's from the conditioning of society or elsewhere. Layers of conditioning will slowly peel off.
It sounds like you are open to exploring more what "spirituality" could mean to you. Maybe start with a practice like meditation? Happy to help if you have any questions!
I find this to be very true. I've been exhausted and it aligns every time with solar flares or storms. I've also felt WIRED as if every cell in my body is zinging. Usually at night when I should be sleeping ! 😭 I appreciate your words and insights. Thank you for sharing! On the topic of remembering; you might enjoy the writing of The Quest. He explores many of the same ideas.
Keep being strong, Amy! Similar stuff happening here. Tomorrow, I will release a post about highly sensitive people. Will talk more about how to navigate this. What practices have helped you?
I'm greatly reducing my time online, taking as many long walks as possible, and practicing breathwork. Also writing! Journaling is so powerful right now. It's as if wisdom from another time and place is calling me.
Awesome:) What a synchronicity, I am building a journaling app (with other features) currently. Hope it helps people on the same path. Long walks work for me too.
I have been feeling extremely fatigued, and yet not depressed. Simultaneously noticing more and more talk of universal consciousness woven through the culture - the aspects of US culture I partake in at the very least. I’m excited to feel a subtle stirring of interest in becoming more connected… or maybe it is more like acknowledging how intrinsically connected we already are.
Hi Jules, always nice to hear from you. Same over here, i also have fatigue in some minutes or hours, then next hour the "high-vibration" is on again. Must be pretty taxing for the body. But we already went through so much in the last years, so let's keep pushing through:) We have a support-net, and I plan to build and expand one for others feeling the same. Stay strong🙌🏽💪🏼
I am also noticing the shift. Glad to meet other people with the same awareness.
Thanks for mentioning that, Ilona! Glad you are here:) What are some practices or tips you have for others on this path?
Don't wake up the ones that are still sleeping. They're simply not ready.
