The Great Remembering is Here, Reminding Us Of Our True Nature
We Soon Can Access More Hidden Unconscious Parts We Couldn’t Before
If you are reading this, you are probably going through…well…some stuff. You may be feeling heavy, old patterns and emotions bubbling up to the surface, intense emotions or feelings that don’t seem to make sense.
But I’m here to tell you — you are not alone.
We are in the midst of a collective shift, an awakening that seems to be accelerating as we move through 2024. Yes, I know how New Agey that sounds.
But look around;
Doesn’t it seem it all, good a bit “off” in the last few years?
Does time still feel the same? Don’t you feel an acceleration or an intensiving of your wordly perception? It can also be perceived as slowing down; either is okay.
You can also feel it in people. We are longing for more. Many of us. Yes, not all, but many are searching for something greater out there. For purpose, for passion, for more beyond their daily grind or 9–5, for a deeper connection to their inner truth, to their inner self, to their intuition.
Please comment if you feel the same. This may also help other people “process” what is happening inside them. You can of course also comment if you have another perception.
This is the Great Remembering. It’s a time when we are being called to awaken to our true nature, to remember who we really are beneath the layers of conditioning and beliefs.
As the light on this planet rises, it’s illuminating the shadows within us that have been hidden for so long.
This process isn’t always easy or comfortable. In fact, it can be downright challenging at times. As the light shines brighter, it illuminates all the shadows within us that we’ve been avoiding or suppressing.
We may feel like we’re being tossed around in a storm of emotions and sensations.

But this is a necessary part of the journey. We can’t fully step into our true nature until we face and integrate all aspects of ourselves.
What’s happening is that our consciousness is expanding. We are gaining access to parts of ourselves that have been locked away in the unconscious.
Memories from other lifetimes, other dimensions, are beginning to open up in our awareness. It’s as if a veil is being lifted, allowing us to remember who we truly are at our core.
Don’t get too caught up in the content of what is arising, but rather focus on the awareness that is witnessing it all. This takes practice, but it is a skill that can be cultivated.
Some practical tips:
Meditate regularly to strengthen your connection to the present moment
Spend time in nature to ground your energy
Surround yourself with supportive people who understand what you’re going through
Be gentle with yourself and honor your own unique process
So if you find yourself struggling, know that it’s okay. Many are with you. You may find someone to talk to in the slack community “Mindful Collaborations”. See the link at the end of the post to join.
It’s a sign that you are shedding the layers that no longer serve you, making space for your authentic self to emerge. Trust the process, even when it feels difficult. Lean into the discomfort, knowing that on the other side is a greater sense of wholeness and alignment.
The heaviness you feel is making way for a lightness of being. Keep going, keep trusting, keep remembering. We can.

Hi Tobias, thanks for your thought-provoking essay!
I'm trying to explore what 'spirituality' means in my current version of life. An inherent obsession to do more in the world has recently overtaken me. It's one of the reasons I found myself on Substack a few months ago, trying to find the courage to share my voice.
I love this quote by Steven Pressfield: "Our job in this life is not to shape ourselves into some ideal we imagine we ought to be, but to find out who we already are and become it”.
