Thanks for the video, which shows a bit of who you are, and for these great posts on your thoughts of mind expansion! Wonderful!

Thanks Linda, means much to me! Which of my thoughts or from this post do your remember or liked the most?

Tobias, I am a regular meditator, every day, once or twice. So the idea of letting go, surrendering the mind, is one I am very familiar with. I like the way you depict this in this writing, giving the reader a couple graphic and metaphoric examples. You've got a beautiful literary way of describing the process! I use my own writing to try to invite the reader into the process, and yours is a different but equally inviting experience. Very nice!

Yes, I think Images, diverse ranges of content help digest it, motivate and make everything more "alive":) But everyone has their own style.

Hello, I'm delighted to read writing from a 22-year-old young man embracing the spiritual side of life in the way that you are. I hope you represent your generation's openness of mind - especially young men! As one reader, one drop of water in the ocean, I offer this: I loved your video as it gives a sense of who you are, and my individual preference would be to hear you read aloud your own words in your own voice - I find voice is like a soul-print, and for me, the AI voice detracts from your authenticity. This is offered, "on the table" meaning of course that you get to choose what you want to pick up or not😁 But in any case, congratulations for your courage to write about your interiority and the sacred mystery of our human experience as spiritual beings✨🌟💖🙏🕊️

Hi Camilla, thank you so much for being so open! I thought about this a lot😁 I think this is my confirmation that I will do future voiceovers personally. I like to mix my own spark with AI, however I know exactly what you mean and will do that in the next post. Thanks!🙏🏼

'...the most meaningful experiences in life — the ones that truly change us — are rarely linear.'

A profound statement. The way I perceive it, such lessons and takeaways that we gain are less straightforward and direct, and require a bit of pondering and reflection.

Interesting points in general, Tobias.

Oh yes I agree. They arent "easily digestible" and require work for integration. But the insights and value they deliver truly makes this work worthwhile.

It requires to let go of deep, old beliefs, which often have other belief(systems) attached to them. The result can be a personality change or at least a difference in how you experience the world and reality.

But this change requires us to go beyond what we imagined possible, beyond our confort zone.

Good to see and read that we‘re in the same boat 😗 it’s so much fun to live in this non-linear space.

What’s your method to getting back in, when dropping back into the linear mind?

Expand full comment

Uhh very good question!! When I feel like the linear mind is trying to control everything again, I often close my eyes for 5-15 seconds, listen to everything thats happening in and outside. (I even do that sometimes at work haha)

If I have more space available I meditate 10-15 minutes and really try to listen to this feeling or this controlling mechanism. I try to yawn a bit, then a few tears often flow. But theres not one way, each situation is a bit different.

I too have called the mind a 'tool' LOL. Great reminder :)

I’ve found this to be true in my journey. The act of surrendering is a humbling experience. I had so many outdated beliefs holding me back and it required serious and continuous purging to reach something even close to surrender. Now that I have a taste of it, there’s no going back!

Yes, I also had some glimpses of what you talk about. After having a taste of that, you cannot go back, because you already jumped. You already kind of let go of control. It comes and goes in waves. It's an emerging, a slow release of the old while the "new" present moment consciousness gradually appears.

Thanks for posting this positive and metaphysical essay. It is such a pleasure to read about mind expansion and the observation of the universe via meditation and exercises to awaken the chakras and to get that qi moving.

Some may be afraid of venturing into the world of the psyche and the fantastic realizations available through its practice. What a shame.

Thanks! Yes, it's also very difficult to talk about such topics in "normal" society without getting any weird looks. But I found that people are much more open to talk about such topics than 5 years ago, and I think the openness from many about them will increase much more.

As we are now well into the Fourth Turning, our spirits can sense that new strategies and beliefs are needed in order to cope. Those who are AWARE will survive and maintain their mental health - at least until the bombs start dropping.

People are disappointed and their needs are not met in contemporary churches and if Russia is destroyed by the USA, the EU, and NATO, Christianity in the world might disappear.

Or Jesus will return.
