What values are most important to you?
How do you want to contribute to the world?
What mark do you want to leave?
Shape your vision into concrete goals. Break overwhelming dreams into small, manageable steps. Focus on what’s within your control today. One day at a time, write yourself toward the future you envision.

Writing Out Limiting Beliefs
As you start to shift gears, old doubts and assumptions may arise to pull you back. “I could never do that,” your inner critic might protest. “That’s not possible for someone like me.”
Rather than resisting this self-sabotage, meet it with gentle curiosity. Ask it, “What evidence do you have to support this belief?” Often there is little factual basis. Simply writing out limiting stories you’ve internalized helps to loosen their grip.
