I enjoyed listening to you article. It reminds me of my work with combat veterans where this topic is a constant for them at the highest level. We offer them new (somatic) experiences where their bodies begin to learn what 'being safe' is. Thanks for your contributions.

Very nice, love to hear that someone is actually using the audio feature:)) Interesting, so you work on healing "war" trauma of veterans?

Yes I prefer to hear the voice of the author.... I do work with trauma in veterans and its amazing to experience the changes and shifts we are able to help facilitate.

Amazing, would love to learn more about the methods, but maybe you have an article on them. Btw, this isn't my voice, but an AI one I use to narrate the articles. If more people would be interested in my own narration, I could do that in the future.

I got health anxiety that perpetuates the vicious cycle of detecting symptoms (while actually just my body noise) and then catastrophising after a quick google search. Been doing bodywork to release the trauma from my cells. What you said is true, healing ourselves from the limiting beliefs, or trauma, or anything that trapped us, requires gentleness.

Yes. I am also practicing this currently. Creating space to let go, creating a channel so the emotions can flow out, be it drawing, crying, talking with others or just working through stuff that's still inside.
