Great description of the very practical practice of being grounded … centered … healthily detached from the spinning world . A birthright for each of us … really … but needing rediscovery by each of as after we first grow up forgetting it!
Awesome! Yes I think there are soooo many ways of visualizing, conceptualizing what I (and you) are ultimately pointing towards with those concepts or frameworks. But these are just tools or pointers, helpful to sometimes a big degree, yet we have to "walk the last step".
Nice video Tobias!!
Thanks, glad you liked it!

this is a great concept presented here. It can go in many directions.
Love to hear it resonated! And thanks for sharing the post:)
It definitely can stir dialogue and more conversation. well done.
For sure! I am so grateful I got the courage to actually draw this, make a video and post out of it, and share it with the world. This feels amazing.
Going to watch your video in a bit. I luv the principle though because it is the underbelly of my own frameworks. So I immediately was like yes.....

yes
Yes, especially when we grow into adulthood the risk of "forgetting" this simple "truth" is big.
Do you know the saying: "The creative adult is the child who survived"?
Children are ultimately rooted in being. When we as adults embrace the childishness that is inside of us, this beingness can shine through again:)
