Great description of the very practical practice of being grounded … centered … healthily detached from the spinning world . A birthright for each of us … really … but needing rediscovery by each of as after we first grow up forgetting it!

Awesome! Yes I think there are soooo many ways of visualizing, conceptualizing what I (and you) are ultimately pointing towards with those concepts or frameworks. But these are just tools or pointers, helpful to sometimes a big degree, yet we have to "walk the last step".

Yes, especially when we grow into adulthood the risk of "forgetting" this simple "truth" is big.

Do you know the saying: "The creative adult is the child who survived"?

Children are ultimately rooted in being. When we as adults embrace the childishness that is inside of us, this beingness can shine through again:)
