In a similar but different vein, there are certain places/countries to which I cannot travel (Western Canada and Australia for example). I guess you would describe it as a feeling of fear, but certainly nothing could induce me to travel there. Similarly flat, prairie-like landscapes and conversely, mountainous areas with rocky outcroppings almost paralyse me. There is absolutely nothing to relate these fears and feelings to in this lifetime so I believe they must be bleed through from a past or alternate life.

Yes. I felt this way in Rome. Italy felt like home. Like some kind of visceral tie to the place. ❤️

Thanks for sharing. Did you always felt this connection, or did it start after you first went to Rome?

That’s a good question. I’ve always had a pull to Italy. It’s like I feel my most complete self there.

Love to hear that you have found "your" place!

That’s exactly how it feels. I think it’s because of the reason you shared. I truly believe I had at least one previous life there. I can’t wait to actually move!!

Even though it is not a real world, I have always loved JRR Tolkien's Middle Earth and its similarity with medieval times. I would love to live in the Shire, it sounds like a peaceful place to live.
